Delivery is by NZPost.
NZ customers can expect confirmation emails throughout the transaction including tracking details within one business day. NZPost tracked delivery is usually completed within 3 – 5 business days.
International delivery.
NZ is an island in the Pacific Ocean and International delivery can take twice what the tracking estimates.
There are sometimes 3 – 8 week delays around Christmas and Diwali for International delivery.
Patience can be needed.
Stock levels are displayed before checkout.
A lot of our stock is one of a kind but more common items can be back ordered. We have stock arriving daily and ordered items will be sent as soon as they reach our warehouse.
